Who is responsible

This site is operated by Ayty Realty (Brazilian CNPJ 45.316.603/0001-35), which is the controller of the personal data processed here. Privacy contact: contato@aytyrealty.com.br.

What data we process

Data you provide to form the Confidentiality Agreement: name, title, e-mail, CPF or CNPJ, legal name and address, plus the company logo, if uploaded, and the image of your signature.

Data generated by use: date and time of each access, IP address, device type, data rooms visited, documents opened, how far each document was read and the questions sent through the data room. If you arrived through an invitation link, we also record that the link was opened.

What we use it for

To form and evidence the Confidentiality Agreement, confirm your identity through a code sent by e-mail, grant and control access to confidential information and keep a record of who accessed each document.

The legal bases are the performance of a contract and of preliminary steps to it, the regular exercise of rights and Ayty Realty's legitimate interest in protecting confidential information (Brazilian Law 13,709/2018, art. 7, V, VI and IX).

Who we share it with

With the providers that host the site and send the e-mails, which process data on our behalf. The CNPJ you enter is looked up in a public registry of Brazilian Federal Revenue company data. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: one to keep your session and one to remember your language. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

For the term of the Confidentiality Agreement and, after that, for the period required for the exercise of rights in judicial, administrative or arbitration proceedings.

Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction and the other measures provided for in art. 18 of Law 13,709/2018 by e-mailing contato@aytyrealty.com.br. Records needed to evidence the Confidentiality Agreement are kept for the period stated above.
